Ingredients

1 ripe avocado

1/2 cup cubed frozen pineapple

½ cup frozen banana slices

1 cup fresh spinach

1 cup ice

1 cup coconut water

1 tsp maple syrup

1 Tbsp coconut flakes

A pinch of sea salt

Instructions

Add avocado, pineapple, banana, spinach, coconut water, maple syrup, coconut flakes, salt, and ice to a blender. Blend until creamy. Add more syrup or coconut water to adjust the sweetness and consistency as desired.
