Turkey Avo Sandwich
Serves 2
Ingredients
- 2 ciabatta rolls
- 1 tsp. olive oil
- 6 turkey slices
- 2 Swiss cheese slices
- 4-6 strips of bacon, cooked crispy
- 1 jumbo avocado, thinly sliced
- 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- ⅔ cup shredded lettuce
Instructions
- Lightly drizzle bread with olive oil.
- Place on baking sheet.
- Bake for 5 minutes at 400F.
- Spread mayonnaise onto both halves of the rolls.
- On the bottom half of each roll, layer on lettuce, turkey, dijon mustard, bacon, cheese, and avocado.
- Top with the other half of the roll and serve.
