- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place 2 tablespoons of cheddar cheese into small heaps a few inches apart.
- Bake until bubbly, and the edges begin to turn golden. Remove from oven and allow to cool slightly.
- Grease the bottom of a muffin tin with cooking spray.
- Carefully place the melted cheese on the bottom side of a muffin tin. Either use your fingers to mold the cheese around the inverted tin or press another inverted muffin tin over the melted cheese sections and let it cool for 10 minutes.
- Remove the bowls and set them aside.
