Guacamole Footbowls

  • 3 ripe Super Cados
  • Juice from 1 lime
  • 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt


  1. Cut avocados lengthwise and remove the seed.
  2. Scoop out the flesh into a bowl and set aside the intact skins.
  3. Mash avocado flesh with a fork and mix in lime juice, onion, garlic, and salt.
  4. Spoon mixture into the avocado skin halves and serve.
