Serving Size: 6
- 3 ripe Super Cados
- Juice from 1 lime
- 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- Cut avocados lengthwise and remove the seed.
- Scoop out the flesh into a bowl and set aside the intact skins.
- Mash avocado flesh with a fork and mix in lime juice, onion, garlic, and salt.
- Spoon mixture into the avocado skin halves and serve.
