How it Works

Lease-Plus is a lease program that creates a strategic, and mutually beneficial, partnership between the land owner, the grove management company and West Pak Avocado. Leases of one, three and five years are structured according to special needs of the owner. West Pak finances all growing operations, assigns the grove management service and oversees the program to assure maximum productivity at minimum expense.
